昨天沸沸post里提到武汉的“光谷”电脑城——广埠屯英文翻译是computown，刹那勾起回忆无数，这是至今我见过最为贴切最高明的中文地名翻译：

广埠屯——电脑城——computown

这才是翻译的境界啊！

说到境界，真不得不提片名翻译，看了几千部电影，也记住好些印象深刻的片名，如：

似是故人来——Sommersby 这片估计看的人不多，没什么共鸣。
（这叫一个经典。凡是说到经典译名，这个总是第一窜进我的大脑，经典且含蓄）

魂断蓝桥——Waterloo Bridge 直译就是滑铁卢桥。
（境界啊境界）

廊桥遗梦——The Bridges of Madison County 直译 麦迪逊郡桥。
（这两桥译名不知道是不是一个人翻译的，精妙，形神合一）

西雅图夜未眠——Sleepless in Seattle 这也是我觉得蛮不错的。半直译吧，港版叫做《缘份的天空》。
（感觉俗了点）

燃情岁月——Legends Of The Fall 直译：秋天传奇。
（哈哈）

闻香识女人——Scent of a Woman 一看就文艺，而且我觉得译名甚至比原名都要妙的多，原名怎么看怎么有点色色的味道。

壮志凌云——Top Gun 动作片译的比较赞的一个。
（本来动作片就比较难基本上都是什么X中X、拯救XX、末日XX ……）

风月俏佳人—— Pretty woman 境界啊！相比之下美国丽人就逊色多了。
（sigh）

不羁夜——Boogie Nights 两个字。
（绝了）

变形金刚——Transformers 这个不得不说是译得妙啊。
（transformer本来是变化者或者变压器的意思）

绿野仙踪——wicked。
（……叹一个）

基本上这就是我所能写下的叹为观止好翻译。

偶尔发现一首更叹为观止的歌词翻译 Scarborough Fair（斯卡布罗市集）：
